He has better plays than 4 and 5 for sure ...

My top Nylander goal is still him skating around the entire offensive zone in OT, for what felt like the entire 5 minutes then letting a shot go that one the game. He was exhausted and barely had any meat on the shot, but it's still the top highlight for me.

Nylander has the best hands on the team, no question in my mind.

Trade him for Adam Larson. :P

Just to add to this, after Matthews, he also has the best shot/release on the roster.

Trade him for Matt Dumba. ;D

Was it this one against New Jersey, where he was already at the end of his shift when he broke up a breakaway, only to give up a breakaway to Taylor Hall, but then take it up ice to let his teammates change and ended up with the puck in the middle? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zyB-y99sqoA

Jake Gardiner with a very sweet completely unearned + on that play.

Yeah I can't wait for this season to start. I think the combination of this group suffering their most embarrassing ending (in that they didn't even make the playoffs) and all the new blood that's been injected will make for a very motivated team.

I think both Matthews and Tavares has better hands than Nylander.

So there.

Well, you should be pretty used to being wrong by now.

Yeah, that's the one. Not as impressive as I remembered but just the fact he scored when he was that exhausted

I'm with you.

Good article about the Leaf prospects in the Athletic today, Kral and Brazeau get special attention. Posting on this thread; it also reveal a group of Spezza, Rielly, Brazeau, Hyman and Muzzin have been working with Daryl Belfry during the summer in group sessions. Sound like the guys are working on it.  Good news.
Nice to hear that Spezza is giving Brazeau extra attention after his work with Andropov. Spezza sounds like a great teammate.

what I like about Brazeau is he is a highly skilled Basketball player and top notch golfer, both sports require very high hand to eye co-ordination.  The kid can score, just needs to skate better.
