The Joey Duszak conversion to RW continues
Haha Sparks in net.

I'm not sure why that's funny.
Because the Marlies lit him up.

Still not getting the funny part. Though, I don't really get laughing at a guy trying his best to continue his career that he loves to play.

I'm not sure why people feel that laughing at people's failings or struggles is ok.

He's a public sports figure. He said and did some questionable things while he was here and didn't endear himself to the fanbase. The Germans call this Schadenfreude, surely you have heard of it.

Ar any rate if I replaced him with the name of a politician would you care?

Well, I don't necessarily have an opinion of Garrett Sparks in any manner as there hasn't been many hockey players that really move the bubble in that regard for me.

Again, whether he's a politician, or athlete, or librarian, I generally don't feel pleasure in someone else's misfortune. I guess my thoughts would be different if he was stealing puppies from small children.

Some Marlies notes at the bottom of this article for those interested. TLDR: Liljegren's been their best player, Anderson has been among their best forwards, Hollowell's looked promising, Robertson has been a bit underwhelming.

Chucky sets up Bobby on the PP

Kind of odd that Robertson is tied for the team lead in assists but not many goals scored by anybody really. Wonder if he's not playing on a line where anyone can dish to him with consistency.
