Giroux's NMC obviously played a big role here but that's pretty underwhelming. Especially with the 1st being three drafts from now.

I think it?s just trade envy.  I?d love to see the Leafs get that kind of perk.  Never seems to play out that way

Not trades, but Spezza and Bunting, and to a lesser degree Simmonds
