This covers basically everything that I'd look into on my own (but don't have the resources to): who is ranked rather poorly on Bob's list (i.e. NHL scouting community) vs public scouting (different biases), and where there might be opportune 'fallers' to snatch up (after Colorado/Carolina already had their chance )
