Is there anywhere that I can watch the episode tonight when I get home?

CityTV and SN are airing it again tonight, there's times in the first post. Or do you mean another way to watch it?

Thanks C, yeah I meant is there a way to access it online at my leisure that you're aware of?

Actually yeah, it looks like they're up on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/Stepherss1/videos

Not sure if HBO knows about them, but the first episode hasn't been taken down yet so that's good.

Liked the awkward face on (Holland, maybe?) when he assumed Reimer was starting against Pittsburgh and Reimer had to break it to him that Bernier was playing.

Bingo.

Hard to believe the narrator of this series is actor Liev Schreiber. I would not have guess that. His voice sounds so much different than it does in the movies I've seen him in.

After watching two episodes here's what I know about Randy's coaching:

The players have to be better and he can't do it for them.

Exactly. Carlyle is way too old to get on the ice and show the team how to stand still in a box in their own zone for 20 minutes to protect a lead and let the point men pepper their goalie with endless shots. The players just have to be better at playing that useless, godawful defensive scheme.

If you're a Rogers customer, then they are listed on Rogers on Demand (including the uncensored versions).

Phil Kessel hasn't spoken to the media in three weeks (Dec. 1) after declining comment again tonight following SOL at MSG.

Seriously?  The NHL allows this?

Holland to Reimer about Bernier starting "when you're hot you're hot" Reimer's response "when you're in you're in"....
anyone else finding this pretty candid

I'm pretty sure he said "win and you're in," but, yeah, that seemed pretty genuine.

Yeah, I noticed that, too. He keeps telling the guys the same thing over and over again, every game, every practice, etc. It's not getting through and it's time to try a different approach.

They're not supposed to, but, I wonder just how much the media are actually pressing to get to Kessel. He's not exactly known for being particularly good for a sound bite.

I don't mind RC as much after watching 2 episodes. I like his perspective of "It's your job to be motivated". He seems to keep a good distance from the players.

Dion's pre-game speech was not at all impressive. Totally unnatural and his body language was attrocious. He was obviously nervous and out of his element.

RC is the only one bringing any fire into that dressing room, and the coach can only bring so much. Kadri displays a bit of that on the bench. He may have some leader in him when he grows up.

I would like to see a true on/off ice leader in a leaf uni. This team can play...as RC has often yelled in their faces...but it needs a leader. Dion does a lot of things well, but not motivate his troops.

Who was it on here who said interviewing him is as enlightening as interviewing a potato?  That was epic.

That sort of sums it up. He's one of those guys that really only provides you with canned answers unless you actually ask an interesting/unpredictable question.

Yet they care if they don't get their rehearsed answers,

Haven't found the 24/7 stuff particularly interesting... apart from the on-ice stuff, everyone is pretty careful about what they say in front of the camera.

It's also clear how its being directed - as the "have's" (Leafs) vs. the "have me nots" (Wings).

The ACC and all its spit and polish veneer vs. multiple shots of the Joe and extension cords running fans in the room.

Phaneuf and Kadri interviewed driving their Rolls and Audi to games, while the Wings players interviewed are carpooling in a GMC truck.

The Wings going to a Florida bar to eat while the Leafs eat steak in a private room.

I know its entertainment, but its clearly trying to paint a "battle of the classes", which involves a lot of selective editing.
