Well I guess we killed off one of the two so I guess that's a positive. There is a lot I like about this team and have posted them but I get criticized when I complain about the obvious.
 
I hope this abysmal performance doesn't shatter the team's confidence and send them plummeting towards the bottom of the standings.

Glad I didn't watch this one.

I don't know, that's kind of the same. Or even a little better. I mean, at least the Columbus fan has a easy choice for his MotM.
 
14 goals against and 2 for in two games against the Bruins. They must lick their chops when they see us on the schedule. This is totally unacceptable, when you get blow'en away one game, you have to push back the next. Sadly everyone knew we were not as good as our record indicated.

Schenn also had his fewest giveaways all season...and he was only beaten to the outside 3 times tonight.  Unfortunately they were all by Jason Allison while they played mini-sticks in the luxury box.

Yeah, but they have 5 days off now to think about how much their season sucks.  You mentioned Jeff Carter earlier.  What is he supposed to do now?

In hindsight, I think it is pretty clear they lost this game because they played a goon like rosehill instead dupuis.
 
The only thing more annoying than this outcome is the certainty that some T.O. hack is, even now, writing a supercilious column about how this game will teach delusional Leafs fans a lesson.  I suspect most serious fans know that the team is not playing as well as their record, and that there are major flaws.
 
Wow they showed the 3rd goal by Lucic again and wtf is up with 'the best defenceman in the league' leaving the middle wide open like that.

Is it something the coaches have them doing? Trying to play more towards the boards? Our D have let guys blow by them up the middle over and over this year. Whatever it is they need to fix it because between that and the PK we're going to have a hard time keeping the goals against down against competent teams.
