Game 22 - Leafs @ Bolts - Nov 22nd, 2011 - 19:30 EST

An easier game than Saturday but Gus only allowing 1 goal again.  By my calculations his save percentage on the year should be up to .899.

3 points for Connolly and Bozak
2 points for Frattin
2 points, a +4 and 8 PIM for Gardiner
Colborne gets his first NHL goal
Gustavsson stops 27 of 28  (his SV% goes to .899 and pulls him well out of the NHL basement for GAA and SV%)

This team is starting to fire on all cylinders, and boy is that fun to watch. Add Reimer and hopefully Armstrong to this mix soon, and we should be able to hold it together moving forward.

They called it at the beginning of the game, the Leafs can really carve up teams that are weak on defense

Their D is older, banged up and not great and Millen harped on that. But I'll bet their coach has a few words for their forwards in that department for tonight's game. To me, they were worse and more responsible for allowing the Leafs to get going through the neutral zone. To some extent, when a team gets down three goals, stuff like that happens because they have to take chances so I might ignore the 2nd half of the game but they had that problem before they got down by three.

Greased Lightning.

Newsflash: Leafs faster than Lightning

7-1: Leafs light-ening Tampa's goal light

Suck it, Tesla: Leafs spit on inventor's grave
