It's sad how the sens are a better team than us this year.

What are they, 8-1-2 since the Turris trade?  Will probably win tonight too.  I can't believe that.

You know, good for them. It doesn't even bother me which is weird. Assuming they're in and we're out come playoff time, I might even pull for them which is weirder. I'm not sure why but I have no hate for the Sens right now.

I'm not going to cheer for them, but it doesn't bother me that they're doing well, there's a lot of talent still on the team.

I guess I'm a sucker for a good story and well, they're season is a pretty good one this year.

Healy keeps muttering "No whistles, no whistles."  Must have someplace important to go.  Maybe he's got a piping gig.

Buffalo lost, and surprisingly, Carolina beat Boston.

Not that it makes them a good team but it helps that Eric Staal seems to have found his game.  14 points in his last 8 games.

I don't know but doesn't it always seem like we make other teams backup goalies look good? I think Biron stoned us not too long ago if my memory serves me right. What's up with that?

This is just an ugly, unimpressive game to watch.  Kudos to the Rags for playing their system so stiflingly, but yeesh, the entertainment value has been near zero.

We need more whistles to hear some more of this amazing insight from Healy.  More stories about skates and players bumping into each other in warm-up.

Biron is 8-2-0 with a 2.06 GAA, .922 SV% and probably now his 2nd shutout.

He has got 16 of 20 points in games he's started.

And we haven't faced Biron any other time this season yet.

I know the game is pretty much been over for a while being down 3-0 to the Rangers, but the Leafs have just been downright lazy though the neutral zone tonight.  The Rangers have clogged it up and the Leafs haven't done anything to try and break it up.  Weak passes up the middle don't get you in the offensive zone.

If by not too long ago, you mean the beginning of last season.

I wasn't just talking this season.

But, on the bright side, another game with no goals scored against the Leafs PK.

I don't know if you are being sarcastic, but again they didn't take too many penalties.  In the long run that will pay off big if they keep it up.

You could, for once in your posting history, attempt to back it up with any sort of facts that we can look at to prove your point.

Otherwise, you're just perpetuating Stephen Colbert's idea of truthiness, and he is a comedian.

I was being more glib than sarcastic.

What an awful game, games like this make me doubt our teams playoff chances.  Seemed to have no real passion in them, that being said the Rangers are a stiff unit and have done that to a lot of teams this year.

Oh and I had the feed where you got to listen to the announcers during the breaks and intermissions, Glenn Healy said at one point "My favourite part, I get to point out their mistakes" before showing a Leafs giveaway montage.  Total douche.
