Game 48: NYI @ TOR - Jan 23 - 7:00pm LEAFSTV

I'd actually prefer commercials to hearing those guys during breaks.

Yeah, no value added so far. Just got to hear Millen count to five over and over.

This better not be another Roloson-like 60-save performance -- one of my less pleasurable memories of recent Isles games.  That and the amazing goal of Sundin that Fraser negated, jackass that he was.  That cost us a playoff spot IMO.

Watch out man, don't diss the Isle, it's only 1-0.  You never know when Gus could give up a 190-footer like Toskala did against these guys a few years ago.

Yeah, but, regardless of tonight's outcome, he's still playing for the Islanders, which is like a paid retirement.

Gunnarsson is really steady.  Probably the most underrated Leaf.

He reminds me of Hjalmersson in that respect.  Overshadowed by flashier guys but an important cog.  He's a keeper in my estimation.

"Can't argue that," said DiPietro as he relaxed after another rehab session.

Led all players in ice-time that period. He and Kadri (goal or no-goal) were the best Leafs in the first I think.

I think it's Gardiner but yeah, he was really smooth and Kadri was effective too.

Nice little run Lombardi's got going.
