It was a weird play, he swung at it but he must have only gotten such a small piece of it because the puck had no force to it the other way.

Another pretty iffy hit by Komarov. Hits Stepan right on the numbers into the boards from just a few feet away. No penalty.

There was a similar one by one of the Rangers forwards earlier on in the period in the same place that wasn't called either. Probably not quite as bad as the Komarov one.
