St. John's has sold out every home game this year. Crowd should be vocal when the Marlies play there against the IceCaps tonight
I'm happy for St. John's. Sad time when the Marlies moved to TO.

Yup. I thought the Fog Devils would've done well there, but I guess it's not a junior hockey town. Regardless, I'm glad there's professional hockey there again. I had good memories attending baby Leaf games.

Wouldn't they have already called him? He'd be dead tired taking a flight tonight from st johns to Anaheim.

Well that was the word floating around last night, as Aulie sat out the game, and no word on any injury.

"At the conclusion of Friday?s 4-3 victory in St. John?s, Marlies coach Dallas Eakins sent Brian Burke a message.
?Forget about the fact that he had two goals and two assists,? Eakins informed Burke. ?Even if he did not have any points, this was Nazem Kadri?s best game since he?s been here.?

Let's hope he can build on it. Always good to see your prospects excelling when you send them down to work on their game. The test for Kadri will be when he's called up, can he make the jump and be a good NHL player?
