Whoa, just saw the video of the anthems before the game tonight.  What happened to Lyndon Slewidge?  He's the best anthem singer in the league!

BTW it wasn't the only anthem blunder tonight, some guy in Colorado butchered them pretty good including a big voice crack in the last line of o canada.

With Ottawa all of a sudden looking like it may be fighting tooth and nail to make the playoffs until the last day, is it conceivable that the Sens ride Anderson right through now?  I understand not wanting to burn your goalie out, but there is no room for error these days.

That goes for a lot of teams fighting for their playoff lives -- Miller, Pavelec (faint glimmer though, a loss tonight would seal it), Lehtonen, Smith, Quick, Varlamov, Niemi.  It'll be interesting to see how much those who make it in will have left.

He's our horse - from here on in I fully expect / want Anderson starting every game...at least until we know if we're playing hockey next month or golfing.

He just missed a month of hockey, he had the most starts of any goalie when he went down, and there's only 6 games left before the playoffs.

I'd be concerned if he didn't play the rest of the regular season.
