The amount of gooning that is allowed when a game is over on the scoreboard in the AHL is just horrible.

The Marlies are 0-3 in this series and not once id they just start running around taking cheap shots at people.

It's also awesome to have a guy like Nylander who shows up when your team is "all-in".

Hate to admit it, but in my heart of hearts, when Kapanen got crushed I wanted someone to take off Peters head. I'm glad they didn't, but it was there.

Nice to see Nylander step up, especially after being relatively quiet for awhile now. Ditto for Brennan, he was on a 6-game pointless streak before racking up 4 assists. The Marlies will only come back if those two are the best players on the ice.

I think Nylander was fighting off an illness from late in the regular season.

Sam Carrick was definitely engaging in those types of activities in the blowout game. Not entirely surprising they scratched him for game 4.

Seems weird considering the AHL generally doesn't have a problem with suspending headshots.

I thought there was an automatic 1-game suspension tacked on if the 5-minute major was for a head shot?  On the upside Kapanen missing practice and probably not going to play today.  So you know, quality job AHL.

Clearly need to make goaltending a priority.  Not sure why Arcobello was leaned on so much by Keefe.

Arcobello had probably 3 or 4 shot attempts in that last minute, Nylander wasn't in a position to get any. The plan should have been to put the game on his stick.
