My wife's dear friend at work woke up this morning and her husband didn't... 53 years old, good health, massive heart attack. So shocking and sad... No sense trying to figure it out.

I'm gonna spill my guts out kind of, but it's okay, none of you live here anyways There's this girl who I used to get great eye-contact with, and I suspect that she was interested too, but im not 100% sure. And I've made lots of mistakes. We hadn't seen eachother for like 2 years or so, and I met her in the subway, and she looked at me and smiled, and I completely freaked out and looked the other way. She looked really disappointed and ran off quickly when we were supposed to get off.

I regret that, but yeah I kind of panicked. It became too intense. And then I made another big mistake, you see back then I didn't know anything other than where she worked. So I sent some choco close to valentine's day, but wouldn't give my name. I was kind of cryptic and gave a fake e-mail that I used, and said that we met on the subway (She doesn't live in Stockholm, so they don't have any subway where she lives, and this was in Stockholm). So I didn't receive any answer. I regret sending it to work though, but I didn't have any other info to go on.

So time for the next screwup, I managed to find her on facebook, and sent her a message. I didn't receive an answer, and a few months later I realized that you couldn't send me pm's if you're not on my friend list. And I don't know if she had blocked that or not either. So the question now is should I try texting her? Or will that make me come off as a complete stalker

Just did, nothing so far, the worst thing that could happen is no answer at all. I'd even prefer "I hate you" over no answer

Thanks man, you know how I determined whether to do it or not? Being a hockey nerd I did it the logical way. I was playing Eastside, and decided that if I'd win the first game vs Ottawa I'd text her. I had a 5-3 lead with a few mins, and then Ottawa tied it up with less than a minute to go. And I was like "Yay, they've got the momentum, I'm off the hook!". Then they got a pp in the overtime, and then the leafs scored a shorthanded, and I was like ???
