I'd contact her.... the door is either open, or closed.... you need to find out .... hope it works out for you
I sent her a txt-message and then turned off the phone lol oh lordie

Turn it back on.
Just did, nothing so far, the worst thing that could happen is no answer at all. I'd even prefer "I hate you" over no answer :)

Hey man, my advice is not to worry about it either way. Next time you have to go into it like what you're doing is something you do all the time, that you've always done and is completely natural for you. Otherwise she'll sense you're uncomfortable and it will make her uncomfortable. You just have to push out those negative thoughts and feelings and change them with positive ones!

And I'm not saying it's a magic bullet or anything, but the next time a girl gives you eye contact you'll be way better equipped to take it further. And to be honest, sometimes it's a great feeling to find out: "This chick ain't what she's cracked up to be. I can't believe I was even nervous about her."

Haven't heard anything from her, so I guess that's my answer. I just think it's weird. I mean why can't a person just answer? Well, guess it's time to move on, even if it's weird without an answer.

I killed my Facebook account. Stupid app.
Got tired of trying to change my email address on the stupid thing.
Wouldn't accept my alternate so i killed it.

Technology run amok.

Straight to the man!

lately I've actually been thinking a lot more about starting my own company...but im not sure if I wanna do it alone...I'm gonna go to a free course that the Tax Authorities are hosting to learn more...

Do it .... many of us have. Was it all success? No. But you have to start somewhere and learn. Even if it means your company is just you, and your expertise....

My new doctor is a competent genius and she actually listens a lot. Felt a bit sorry for her though. She had a great education from China, came to Sweden to work, and had to do the dishes at some restaurant for several years. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with that kind of work, I just wish that we were better at giving people from other countries a fair chance.

I'm just worried about the start, about actually getting customers. And what if I'd market "my" company in a certain way, and then when the customers wants help, I can't solve it. What if I lack the competence? I think I have a pretty good idea though in relation to my background.

Not a Torontonian so in theory I don't care, but it's fascinating all the same: Is Ford for real with this Subway business?

It really is unreal, but I think it just stands out a bit more because Full blown US style politics hasn't ramped up here to the same extent.
The notion that he was elected to build subways when 99% of his platform was 'Gravy train' is hilarious.

Just bored at work... had a cranky client call.

I just thought of this and burst out laughing.

"Surly only cares about number 1: Surly!
"Oh. Sorry Surly."
"Shut up!"

This is the problem with putting 4-year politicians in charge of 20-year projects.

They have no vested interest. Once they're out, they're no longer held accountable for project completion. Moreover, the new politicians coming in will always scrap the foundation built before. It's absolutely ridiculous. We should reward consensus building, not tearing each other into the ground because they wear a different colored tie.

I've always believed that what is needed is a benevolent dictator for things to get moving in the right path.  Unfortunately 99% of the dictator talent pool isn't benevolent.

Are we more scared of Sarah Palin or Rick Santorum running the US?

Won't happen. The left, the moderate righties and the sane will not vote for the Republicans. Only the stereotypical God fearin', gun carryin', gay fearing, flag wavin', "USA, USA, USA" chanting Americans will vote for these nutjobs. Then again..........

He's a joke candidate who only appeals to the fringe aside from short-term appeal in polls.  He's too far gone off the deep end of the right with a base that relies heavily on the Evangelical movement to pose an actual threat in the general election.

TSN is ready i tell ya. Their ready for the trade deadline.
They are soooo ready.

I mean they really are ready.
