2019-2020 NHL Thread

I should note than his signing bonus of $5.3m was paid, so only owed $700K for this year, and $4.25m in salary next year with none of it as signing bonus.  So figure on about $2.5m per year is what he costs you real money.

What does he cost you in real pain on the ice though?

So, Boston just blew a 4-0 lead in the 3rd period, if that sort of thing makes anyone smile. :P

But they still got a point... Leafs are roughly 10th in points percentage in the East right now it looks like.

If the leafs finish 4th in their division, and the winner of their division is better than the winner of the Metropolitan, will they play the winner of the Metropolitan in the first round?

If monkeys were dolphins and swung from vines over the Atlantic ocean......

Crosby elected to undergo the sports hernia surgery that he put off in the offseason and is subsequently out for 6 wks.

So I'm wrong, again.

Kovalchuk's bonus is due in December, according to Friedman.

I didn't even know you could delay signing bonuses that long.

December 15th, right?

Marleau's was December 1, but that didn't end up coming into play.

That's scary news. But the unintended pun is really bad; "everyone is really upset" might have been a better choice of words.

And that's the issue in today's society. Should have said this or shouldn't have said that when it really has nothing to do with what happened. That's just unnecessarily nitpicking shit in my eyes.
