Looked like he lifted his leg and pushed puck in. That's not a kick but not sure of the rule.

If he moved his leg to impel the puck and it crosses the line, it?s a no-goal.

Note to coaches: try a different entry scheme once in awhile.

No.  Drop passes to stationary players with absolutely no speed is the only way we attempt zone entries.

Ya head scratching sometimes. All it does is kill time.

Sigh.

Granted, we don't really have a puck doggie to go fetch a dump in.

Well, I said it late in the first, the diff was poor goaltending, we've been the sharper team most of the way.

I haven?t watched a game since I left Canada weeks ago. I watch through the posts on this site.
I am more than astounded at the overwhelming negativity by most of the posters here. Earlier it wasn?t burn it all down and now it?s all excitement and the moment.
If you want perspective then forget about the battle and win the war, this season is only half way through.
Perhaps our goalies after the break are not our goalies tonight, perhaps this team gels and does something. All I do know is this team sports some of the best players they have ever assembled and play exciting hockey most of the time.

It's a rollercoaster, and the purpose of the GDT is to wear your heart on your sleeve in real time.  Consistency, rationality ? they aren't the point.  :)

Just come up with speed.  The play where Rielly skates to just before center ice and then stands stationary and sends a drop pass back into the defensive zone while the other three skaters sit stationary at the blueline is just stupid.

The difference in the game right now is three bad goals from Jones to 1 bad goal from Demko.

I was just yelling at Marner for a boneheaded pass to a Canuck at their blue line but made up for it there.

The guy can dish.  And he's always in, every game.  I think we take him for granted a bit.
You think.  Its ridiculous the hate he gets.

Marner is 7th (seventh) in all time points for the leafs.

People talk about him as if he?s Jonas Hoglund out there.
