95% of goals are goals that a goalie could have stopped. Most goalies are going to be surprised and look bad when their defenseman gives the puck away right in front of the net like that.

Read that wrong. Bernier still needs to make a 'hard' save. I've seen plays like that before and there is no way 95% of those go in. Any other goaltender and I believe it would have been a save.

If he stopped 95% of the pucks Id have no problem...its the fact that he hasn't made a 'hard' save this entire game. We need to be able to get a 'hard' save on occasion...if it was 95% of the time...I wouldn't be complaining

I think the issue is that he opened up on a guy who hadn't scored in a bunch of games.  No need for that.

Now THAT goal wasn't his fault.

Tremendous. That's not what I said though.
Yeah I just tried to change that. Read it wrong. He still needs to bail the defense out on occasion...which he hasn't done in this game. I've seen plays similar to that before...any other goaltender and thats a save.
