The pfizer vaccine approved for use in the UK from next week

That's pretty incredible what people can do if they work together. A vaccine rolling out for a virus that wasn't even know less than a year ago.

Make sure to give trump all the credit. He made the vaccine.

With his own teeny, tiny hands.

Considering all the good BBQ joints in the city and the nonsense that has routinely come from Adamson since the pandemic started it's pretty easy for me to say I'll never be going there again.

Literal Nazi shows up to support this guy and he gives interviews to The Post Millennial and Rebel News while calling everyone else fake news.

Just a little more about the BBQ idiots and hanging out with neo-Nazis:

Yes and no.  The COVID-19 vaccines are piggybacking off a lot of research that was being done to generate a Coronavirus vaccine from SARS so it isn't like they worked entirely from scratch.  Not to try and take anything away from the significant accomplishment it will be get to a vaccine out this quickly.

I googled Skelly's name today looking for something and stumbled across this article back from April. I don't really think it's resurfaced much during this whole thing which is pretty surprising (to clarify, I knew his social media posts made it clear he's a covid denier, but didn't realize this wasn't the first time he's made the news during the pandemic):

TLDR: This guys a piece of shit.

It's really interesting to see Canada vs. the U.S  and to graphically observe one side of the border vs. the other.

I saw this in April. This was never about small business, he's basically just a conspiracy theorist and a douchebag.

We could be doing better but it really does put things into perspective. Hopefully we can hang on. Just need to get through the winter really.

From the article:

You never know where Donnelly will pop up with a rendition of his signature song. In April, the singer performed as part of a 7 p.m. salute to health-care workers from the courtyard of Amica White Rock, a senior living facility near Peace Arch Hospital.

I don't think he understands the conflict here.

Sounds like good news.

Keep that flow coming. I read somewhere that they think the more conventional vaccines (adenovirus based) are easier to bring up to scale due to materials. We'll see what happens but it's good to know there are a lot of options out there.

Ya, I don't mind I'll be close to last in line (not at risk, not a front-line worker, etc.) Will give a chance for other vaccines to become available.

I do hope they clearly spell out that getting vaccinated does not preclude you from still carrying and transmitting virus droplets. It just prevents an infection.
