Game 17 - Battle of Ontario - Sens @ Leafs - Nov 12th, 2011 - 19:00 EST - 5-2 L

I'm so glad I was playing Skyrim instead of watching this game. What a horrible rally attempt. This team needs some help soon.

Useless tits. Running around nobody with a clue. Game we needed to win. Tough remainder of month. Totally disgusted with the teams effort the last 2 weeks. I'm going to go out on a limb here and probably going to get ragged on but I say we will be in last place in our division by the end of the month. I hope these clowns pick up their act and prove me wrong.

And, that's all she wrote. Not a great showing tonight. Like I said earlier, not a lot of bad shifts, just even less good ones. Very meh performance tonight.

Maybe it was the goal at the end but I'm think'n the goalie was pulled a bit soon.

Me too but in all honesty I usually complain that Wilson waits too long.  :-\

Yeah, did Ottawa have any offensive pressure whatsoever?  I think they scored on every chance they had tonight.

To be honest with you and sadly I don't think our brain trust sees the same thing.

And, an own-goal to top it off.

That was MacArthur's second shot on the Leafs goal tonight.  He made Scriven's make a save in the first period before Ottawa finally got their first shot.

You know, I hate the loss as any of us, but holy hell isn't that a bit premature to say? We still have quite a bit of a cushion between Boston and Montreal.

Not really, no. On the defensive side of the things, the Leafs weren't bad tonight. The problem is more that they weren't good in other areas.

Dang, it was Phillips.

Do the Leafs have an empty net goal yet this season? I know they have had some opportunities - then give up two in a game.

Well, I'm considering the last 5 games of up and down to be our 'mini-skid'. Now we should just move past it and start playing hockey again...right T.O.? RIGHT?
