Game 9: Hurricanes @ Leafs 7:00PM Monday on SportsNet

Poor Reimer hung out to dry again

Remember when we were saying the season would hinge on goaltending?  Well Reimer is playing awesome and most of the rest of the team stinks

Why do other teams make it look so easy 5 on 3.

Well, you do have two more skaters on the ice than the other team. The real question is why the Leafs make it look hard.

Oh well, at least Reimer played well in another loss.

No kidding.  Ss soon as the NHL adopts their "One point for a moral victory" scoring system the Leafs will be making the playoffs like the second coming of the Red Wings.

This is a good time for Kessel to break out.....

He's due.

Once he gets one, they will come in bunches.

Other goal scorers go through similar droughts.

Yada yada........

The Leafs really should look into signing Amir Johnson out of the stands to play defense for them.

Reimer's been very very good so far this season. Promising sign.

Now if the rest of the team could follow suit to pick up their goalie.

Nonis seriously needs to cut bait with half the D starting with the C.

I'm thinking the only hope is Reilly is really, really good.

It'd be kind of cool if someone in the top 6 stepped up and tried to put the team on their back.
