Leafs @ Bruins - Apr. 21st, 8:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Seriously, this officiating has been truly abysmal.  Bruins can do whatever they want.  Leafs always in the box.

Pastrnak is a lightweight.

But if I don?t know why Johnsson needed to take one hand off the stick though.

That penalty on Johnsson was complete BS guy just falls down as soon as he feels a hand. Do the loser refs ever watch a replay during the intermission to see how the player duped him?

Pastrnak would fall from a gust of wind.
That could have been an embellishment call on Pasternak.  Still the call was on Johnson ostensibly in that he grabbed him however slightly with his left hand not on the stick.

The refs got Boston back into this game. It all started with Backes picking a fight with Hyman. Gardiner gets a penalty for "roughing" to even things out, even after Chara punched him in the face. Polak's "slash" was a joke. Meanwhile Backes chops down Polak on the draw without even a talking to.

Boston literally has to get a stick caught up in a skate to get a penalty. This is very one sided officiating.

Kypreos suggested that it was good that the Leafs got into  a scrum even if they take another penalty.  Hadn't he been watching the Leafs PK?  And with the more penalties they take the less ice time that Mitch and Austin get.  That observation was borderline Cherry stupidity IMHO.

We are maybe three more hits away from Marner going Super Saiyan.
