The fact we've been listening to it for three months is probably why people are sick of hearing about Grabovski. I don't give a crap one way or another. The Leafs won. That's sweet enough in my books.

I think that was probably Deebo's point. Some Leafs fans (or any team's fans) can't let go and like to beat dead horses. But I don't Grabovski is in that category yet. He just played his first post-Leafs game.

There's an ex-leafs forum for talking about players who used to play for the leafs.

Perhaps I just lose interest in hearing negative BS all the time.

The fact that Grabovski went to the media and ripped the coach is enough for me to be glad he's gone actually.

But he wouldn't have done that while a member of the team.  He never did anything like that as a member of the team.

And there's plenty of positive stuff posted every day here.  I'd guess the majority is positive on any given day.

Good game, happy for the win.
Reimer was great again. Too many give aways. The Team will get better as they get to practice together.

I hope Paros is ok.

And I dont care that Grabs got 4 pts, he still suck in my opinion and I am glad he is gone.

So if Gardiner keeps making plays like the Lars Eller goal, but the other team doesn't score, does that mean he played great? Franson was lucky the Canadiens didn't score; he kept feeding them passes in his own zone. Now, as I said, he wasn't bad overall, but imo he certainly wasn't man of the match. Some people thought he was and some thought he wasn't. The Canadiens could have easily been up 4-1 early if they capitalized on his horrendous passing, which is why I brought him up.

The Leafs could of easily been up 4-2 by the end of the first if they capitalized and Price didn't make some big saves.

We don't know that.

It's been 3 months straight of the same conversation over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over...Just tired of hearing about it is all. Is it really shocking that Grabovski does well playing with Ovechkin?

Happy for the Leaf win!

A good game all around, though not necessarily defensively efficient on the part of some players, namely Ranger & Gardiner (who clearly needs to improve more); good offensive opportunities produced results, plus the lines blended well together (Bolland, Raymond, Bodie, etc.).

The Leafs displayed plenty of grit and well-known toughness -- Fraser, Ashton, and of course Orr.  The Parros incident was scary, could happen to anyone that way. (Thank goodness it wasn't Orr who went down).
