Yep we eluded on that the other day. No use rushing Hildeby. Hopefully hold the fort until Woll is back or see if you can make a trade. I posted the other day LA was looking for help in goal. Not sure if they would be interested. Or once Woll is back get rid of him either minors, waivers anything but on the bench with the big club.

But what's the theory here?  That LA would say to themselves, "Yeah, with a change of scenery he could bounce back."  Seems pretty far-fetched.

LA are night and day a better defensive team than the Leafs. We give up way too many quality chances whether it's our style of play, poor help from the forwards or just flat out bad defence corps. I wouldn't take him if I was a manager but there arose dumb ones out there so see if someone is willing to take him. He's not going to change. We had this discussion last year. You think he's ok I think he sucks. Again they should have never resigned him. Kypreos thinks it has something to do with going through arbitration. Don't think so. All of them in the intermission are talking about his positioning. Was like that last year and like I said he just got luckier last year this year more are going in.

No kidding. LA doesnt want him. They also have Talbot who's playing very well.  Hes getting in Campbell terrain now.

All I read is LA is looking for a 2nd or 3rd string goalie after Copley got hurt. Maybe too expensive unless you retain. I wouldn't want him either if you've been following the Leafs but stranger things have happened.
