I hope Virtanen gets to play prominently in the final 5 minutes.  He's earned it.  Blackwood again can't make a save.

Not sure why Blackwood is still in there...should have pulled him a while ago
 
Stupid by Marner imo, Canada would have had a PP and he takes the risk of getting a penalty.
 
And even if that was a legit shot, come in 4 minutes left in a game like this you don't call people for penalties in post-whistle scrums like that.
 
He shouldnt have hit the guy but he basically tapped him. Watching two guys gang up on him getting jerked around, like come on. You don't call that but you call a tap?

Sold it but again a stupid reaction to a push. This team makes terrible pass and shot selections and just overall isn't really a great team....and Virtanen right back out on the ice...
 
You need to be smart as a player, it's a team game, even if you are annoyed and the refs don't see everything, you don't take that risk at this point of the game. Sometimes you gotta suck it up and be strong for the best of your team.

This just absolves the refs of any responsibility.  Look, they chose to penalize Marner meanwhile off the very next whistle there was way worse stuff done.
