Well, then Jagr should on that list, as he had more than 10+ consecutive 30+ goal seasons. Ovechkin is the 5th guy to do it in their first 10 seasons, but he's nowhere close to the first guy to do it - which is what was the post I commented on asserted.

That's ridiculous, but, in some way, it's a pushback to how over-rated Kane is in some circles. He's a good young player, but, he reminds me a lot of a guy like Lupul - similar production and injury history. Kane plays a more physical game than Lupul, but, that might the only really significant difference between the two. Ideally, he's a guy you have on your 2nd line.
