2022-23 Toronto Maple Leafs General Discussion

I?m picking up some good omens today. Under coach Keefe?s little brother Adam, also known as coach Keefe, Belfast have won the British elite league playoffs for the first time since 2010.

This also completed a ?grand slam? where they won every trophy available including the regular season league title and the regular season knock out cup (basically a sort of in season playoff style tournament a bit like footballs FA Cup) competition.

Sheldon won?t want to be outdone by his little brother, I?m sure.

I didn?t think we need to legitimately grow the game in Sweden, but this will at least help out the fan base in the European time zones.

Ohhhhh boy. Looks like I might have to make a little trip to Stockholm in November....

I was at the Ottawa v Pittsburgh games over there back in about 2008. Been to Stockholm on a few occasions now  and it's a brilliant city.
 
Flight prices from Dublin are far too reasonable for me to resist? this may be booked by tomorrow 😬

Have a good friend who is a Red Wings fan who?s going to join. Now we have to decide whether to take in all 4 games or just the ones with our teams

And also deciding whether to introduce my 5 year old to his first NHL game and a lifetime of frustration following the Leafs
