Isles are 9-0-3 when they score first and take a lead to the second period.  Turn it off?

Not to point out the obvious but that would seem to indicate that 25% of the time they still end up losing. Those aren't great odds or anything but, I mean, it's not bad either.

Just got home. Sounds in here like the Leafs haven't played so well. Shots 8-4 after 1? Sounds dull.

Yeah, we get it, Wilson has coached a lot of games. So did Gene Mauch. It's really not that impressive.

leafs need to find a way to win this one..i know the islanders are probably a bit better than their record...but i have to believe that the leafs are the better team ...they have to show it

Fair enough.  I'll stick around for the second.

Showing some more life here. One of these chances will go in.

To be honest I think we've been pretty good on offense.  It's in our own zone that -- surprise -- we tend get questionable.

But I note Komi has had at least a couple of blocks.  He's doing his work.

The Islanders have been taking liberties with Kessel every shift in the second since I started watching.  I haven't seen an ounce of "retribution" from anyone else in the lineup.  Where the hell is the fight in this team?
