The Islanders have been taking liberties with Kessel every shift in the second since I started watching.  I haven't seen an ounce of "retribution" from anyone else in the lineup.  Where the hell is the fight in this team?

One is in the AHL and injured. The other, regrettably cannot play more than 2 min a game.

Why was Grabovski the guy back there and not Phaneuf?  What was he doing?  It was your missed shot that caromed out of the zone.

The one in the AHL is out for most of the remainder of the season with a knee injury.

I was going to post that but I thought it would just cause some big stir for nothing.

I hated how know one really defended Phil.  Lupul did a little sure but he was a bit late.

If that was Boston, gloves would be on the ice everywhere.

Bad way to play a 2-on-1. He probably thought somebody would pick up Bailey on the way back.

Probably, but, he still shouldn't have pinched to try to keep the puck in there.

Poor read by Gunnarsson on that one.

Can't just blame Gunnar on that one. Someone had to take the point. Grabovski watched the whole counter attack develope and then he decided oh S88T maybe I better get back. Too late. I blame him more than anybody.

I'm sick of this playing Komisarek BS, Aulie is the better option IMO and even if you disagree, one must concede Aulie is far superior in terms of price/performance.

There's a lot of truth in that.  He was 2 steps behind Bailey.

It was gunnarsons shot. Dion was stationed in front of the net.

Why does that matter? As long as they're both on the roster, they're both getting paid and count towards the cap.
