Brendan Perlini
Leo Komarov
Mark Jankowski
Justin Abdelkader
Evan Rodrigues
Very weird. Must be a nagging injury that finally forced him out?? Probably cost too much money to re-sign him.Frank E said:What's the deal with Josh Anderson this season?
4 points in 26 games this season after 47 points in 82 last year...I see he's on the IR right now.

Holl and Ceci are the only regulars he's tied with.
Bates said:And beating Marincin and Petan. Not regulars but have played enough to get a goal.

3 defencemen and a part-time 4th liner who's now in the AHL. Not exactly comparables to the forwards listed above who are regulars for their respective teams, and were expected to be offensive contributors - maybe not significant ones, but they were expected to have more than 1 goal more than halfway through the season. That's not true of any of the Leafs you identified.

Perlini and Ridrigues?? I dont think so. Very comparable to Petan.

This makes it the perfect time to trade Nylander for him. Buy low, sell high.
Andy said:As someone who spent the holidays fielding a barrage of comments from family and friends ranging from "why do you like Nylander" to, "look, here comes the Nylander fan", I shudder to think how many people would take this facetious suggestion to heart.

I think Nylander for Anderson was a real thing being kicked around here by the people who wanted to, you know, add gritty grit or competitude but I may have that wrong.
CarltonTheBear said:I'm not sure if anyone was seriously saying that one for one but I think it was Kypreos who suggested Nylander for David Savard and Anderson, which is still insane.
Although I would still be very interested in that duo (but for something like Kappy/Bracco/Ceci).
