he's also better offensively.

Ok, but if the Kessel line is producing as is doesn't putting Connolly there hurt the team's secondary scoring even more?

Seems logical, and is what I was thinking. I'm just passing on what the hockey commentators were saying earlier today.

Looks like he's switched Bozak back to Lupul and Kessel already? Or was it just that one off shift?

I think Bozak is centring them on the PP, but, otherwise, it's Connolly - unless Connolly has just been on the ice on the PK . . . or, something like that.

One place it is nice to have Franson is on the PP because he FINALLY shoots it and usually gets it through

I was just going to say something similar. He's very good at getting the shot through.

I mean, when I heard it I thought it made some sense if the idea was to get some scoring out of the other lines but you take away the best defensive player of the three and add a guy who's probably better offensively?

Obviously I'm inclined to see it play out but it sure doesn't make sense to me at first glance.

I'm a little confused given that Connolly is on the ice on the PK right now, and Bozak is now centering Lupul and Kessel.

I am happy Connolly is out there.  Honestly, I will puke if I see Dupuis
