Preseason GDT 2: Leafs vs Flyers L4-0

Do you think we could get an internet petition going to stop Bowen from using "riem-minister of defense".

Lots of lazy play on the PP late in the period.  Lazy attempts to control the puck.

Unless my stream is way behind, wasn't that whole PP spent in Philly's end?

To be fair I ended up typing for most of the PP and only really saw the short-handed philly chance since the announcers were loud about it.

Come on guys score one for Reims after that breakaway.

Just what I was going to post.  How idiotic that is.  Makes no sense either.

My stream was just 30 seconds or so behind.

I counted a few more penalties against the Flyer's there, that didn't get called.

I'm actually glad that they aren't calling things too much.  It kills any chance to assess prospects when you call penalties every time something happens when you have NHL veterans mixed in with a bunch of kids who are headed for the AHL/College/Junior hockey.

I suppose, but it also teaches these guys that they don't call clutching and grabbing, but I hear what you are saying.

Is the LeafsTV online feed choppy for anyone else?

It's surprisingly smooth streaming through my phone.

Try the 800 kbps bitrate setting (lower right) I think the default was 1600 (which I know would choke on my connection).

Switched to 800 and it's good now! Is it just me or did this summer seem longer than usual? Feels like I haven't seen a Leafs game in years.

Not usually one to complain about a free stream but the sync and double sound on the Ourleafs feed is horrible. I've even tried to mute it, that gives me out of sync audio. Anyone have this issue, or fixed it?

I just realized that Ovechkin Mr Big commercial (with the "magic wand") was filmed at the park across the street from my house. I remember seeing the dragster and the cameras one day in the summer and wondered what they were up to.....now I know.

I can see no circumstance, where Kadri doesn't make this team with the way he has played thus far. He appears much better than anyone else on the ice, certainly tonight so far.
