I think the Flyers will end up with Ryan Suter.  Just feels like its something that is destined to happen. 

If/when it does, Schenn doesn't really fit the need anymore.

In the summer, maybe, but, as long as Nashville feels they have a legitimate chance to do some damage in the playoffs, he's going nowhere at the deadline unless someone really blows them away with an offer.

I think the Leafs should be going for Suter. Schenn than truly becomes tradable, and the Flyers have no one else to trade for but Schenn.

I think Schenn is already tradeable.  He's getting paid 3.6 million and I just don't see where he merits that kind of money for what he brings.  He's slow, is somewhat dependable and has no offensive upside.  You can replace Schenn with someone for way cheaper money.  He hasn't shown me that he's any sort of elite shutdown-type defenseman, he's just--there.

Just because some fans are giving up on him due to their lack of patience doesn't mean that GMs around the league don't value him. He's still only in his 2nd professional season. His value has not dropped all that much since he was drafted.
