They said something like 4 of the last 33 earlier?  I don't know what stretch that covers but it's got to be at least the last couple of weeks.

You sure they weren't talking about Winnipeg's PP?

Leafs radio play-by-play guy needs to learn to pace his excitement.  Every time we have it near Pavlec he starts screaming.  Just annoying.  Beyak was better.

That was probably the last best chance the Leafs are going to get.  Nice pass by Crabb there.  The Leafs passes in general have been flat tonight, especially in the 3rd, I think fatigue has really set in at this point.  Winnipeg is doing a good job of clogging and putting just enough interference all over the ice to not get called for penalties but significantly slow down any attempt at speed from the Leafs.

Tonight I have learned that missing the net on a one-timer is somehow related to your IQ level.

The more you know...

Figured you'd have a smart ass remark. Others seem to understand what I'm getting at.

No, I don't.  Obviously Phaneuf shoots it hard when he gets a chance to, that's how he scores goals - having a hard shot.

The one you're talking about wasn't even a particularly hard shot anyways.  Kessel made a quick pass to him and he tried to get it off quick.  He missed the net.  No need to bring his IQ level into it, unless you want your IQ level dissected by me as well.

Has to be the worst last 1:30 I've ever seen by the Leafs. They couldn't even get the puck out of their own END with SIX guys most of the time!
