Leafs @ Bruins - Apr. 25th, 7:30pm - CBC, TSN 1050

THat's the dagger. Leafs just awful in the 3rd. Andersen needed to have the 5th one. Just all around awful since late in the 2nd - for basically the entire lineup.

Not a playoff team. Too many soft players said it a thousand times. Guilt trip you can add Komarov and Gardiner to that list of dumps.

Andersen can't stop a beach ball. Leafs can't move their legs. Boston is bringing it.

The better team won. It was a good season.

I don?t know why were supposed to be satisfied with a good showing in the first round but losing.

No one is saying you have to be. I didn't expect this series to go more than 5 games. Boston is clearly the better team.

You can't go 9+ minutes without a shot with a 1-goal lead to start the 3rd.  That's inexcusable.

It's hard to believe how they just dried up.

They weren't exactly great in the 2nd, either. Boston had the puck much more. The Leafs were just able to keep the Bruins from finishing on plays, and got a little lucky on what they were able to generate for themselves. The Bruins smelled blood, and, well, here we are.

Definitely. Future is still bright.

Nope. This isn't on any player in particular. This is a team failure.

Really disappointed in Andersen tonight. Gardiner is being Gardiner as he is prone to do and picked the wrong game to have his brain cramps.

Yes....they are not a playoff team  ::)

Can?t wait for Babcock to tell us how good Gardiner is.

None of it matters. This team can?t win with Andersen as th or goalie. He isn?t good.  The numbers support it.

This is twice now that the Leafs have been absolutely humiliated by Boston in a game 7. As much as I am trying to remain objective and dispassionate, I can't really look past that.

Yup, better fix the D but Mathews lack of scoring is also a concern

I said before I don't care what Don Cherry said, I am saying that Anderson is not the goalie that will bring us to the promise land and someone said I overstated.  Look at tonight, 2 crappy goals in three minutes.  Even my grandfather can stop those 2 goals. Gardiner was so damn lazy and slow that the 2nd and 5th goals are totally on him.
